Improved training program achieving the highest in-rate, 3M (maintenance) and damage control qualifications in over three year. Benchmarked other programs for continuous improvement. TQL Officer. Kicked-off the command’s first TQL effort, training six departments and championing several process improvement efforts including OPREP Reporting (increasing the timeliness, accuracy and training involved in mishap reporting), zone inspections (improving space accountability and material condition) and decommissioning processes (significantly reducing the time required to turn over spaces to Puget Sound Naval Shipyard). Relentless in promoting TQL concepts to 3000 man crew. Principal planner in the highly successful Quality Improvement Visit by COMCARGRU FIVE and COMNAVAIRPAC Inspector General.
