Microsoft game studio (MGS) wanted to invest a big title that can bring their game console - Xbox360 to the China market, and then they chose Interserv as their 1st party partner started to develop this project. I, as a window to MGS, learned and help our people built many technology and production flow, 3 years working on this big title and the corporation with MGS really brings my skills and vision to another level (My team members as well). •Electronic Arts Singapore for Project NFS Shift (極速快感賽車) o It’s the well known racing title “Need for Speed” turned into online version, we as a 3rd party, built the frontend program and tools, integrated the game flow with server and backend program. This is definitely a big title, 5 studios located in 4 countries worked on this project at the same time.•Lead core team (12 to 15 people) to develop game engine across Taipei and Shanghai.
