• I was responsible for supporting SAP Business One Channel Partners with all aspects of the pre-sales, core product, analytic tools and technical enablement for SAP Business One in Canada.• Direct strategic planning for 10 Canadian partners with over 120+ consulting and pre-sales staff across 5 time zones and a combined net revenue commitment of $3.9M annually that resulted in 24% YoY growth.• Develop and deliver pre-sales, core product, analytic, and technical enablement to partners to insure they have the skills to exceed their commitments on net new names, revenue and customer success.• Represent the first line of product quality and partner implementation escalation for over 700 Canadian customers.• Work with regulatory agencies, partners and developers to prioritize, scope, test, and document United States and Canadian regulatory requirements.

Global

Charged with building the foundation and processes to support the global Partner channel for the launch of SAP Anywhere public cloud solution. • Led the project team that in 6 months designed, built and deployed the legal agreements, discount model, and enablement programs for the launch of SAP Anywhere partner channel in the US and UKI. • Recruited and on-boarded 5 US and UK partners to build new sales teams, packaged services and customer success programs around this new cloud front-office offering.

Western Region

 Managed the day to day support of 16 Western Region partners with over 100+ staff with a combined license and maintenance revenue commitment of $2.5 - 3.0M annually to SAP.  Developed and delivered implementation methodology, core product, reporting, and MS SQL and SAP HANA database training to partners to insure they have the skills to exceed their commitments on revenue, successful implementation projects and annual maintenance renewal. Represented the first line of product quality and partner implementation escalation for over 1000 western United States customers.

Portland, Oregon Area

Practice Manager who led the service team on contract management software implementation and was responsible for overall new client satisfaction, project profitability and the quality of each client engagement for national and regional healthcare provider networks. Managed client satisfaction, project profitability and the deliverables of 10 client engagements across the US amounting for $2.75M in license and service revenue in under 11 months. Recruited and managed a team of 6 implementation and technical consultants with an overall utilization rate of 70% an increase of 15% over the previous year.  Worked in sync with the Sales team and Developers to identify and present custom solutions and new product enhancements to meet our client requirements.

Western Region

SAP Business One Regional Solutions Manager: Responsible for prioritizing, defining, scoping and documenting new regulatory (Tax, Legal and Accounting) and market driven enhancements for the SAP Business One in the United States and Canadian localizations.  Worked with partners, clients and SAP Labs, to unit, system test and enable partners and Support on these new regulatory functionality. SAP Business One Solution Advisor - Western Region Provided support for 14 Western Region partners with over 70+ staff with a combined license and maintenance revenue commitment of $2.0 in revenue annually to SAP.  Developed and delivered implementation methodology, core product, reporting, and MS SQL database training to partners to insure they have the skills to exceed their commitments on revenue and successful implementation projects and annual maintenance renewal. Represented the first line of product quality and partner implementation escalation for over 500 western United States customers.

As Senior Project Manager he was responsible for defining and delivering successful, rapid and cost-effective ERP implementation projects that met the customers process and workflow requirements.  Managed project scope, profitability and deliverables for my assigned SAP Business One and Great Plains ERP implementation projects for small and emerging clients.  Delivered an average of 6 Great Plains and Business One ERP implementations each year over 3 successive years.

Managed the daily strategic and tactical directions of PWC’s Northwest middle market consulting practice. We focused on delivering IT consulting services to the audit and tax client base in the northwest and across the western region. Services include strategic information systems planning, ERP and system selections, software implementations, and project office management.  Managed the NW technology consulting practice which grew to annual revenues of $3.0M across three offices focused on delivering IT consulting and ERP implementation services to our mid-market audit and tax client base.  Grew our consulting services gross margin by 10 points to 65% and an average staff utilization rate to 85% in 4 years.  Cultivated and developed strategic Tier 1 ERP Vendor partnerships (Peoplesoft, Softrax) that led to doubling of ERP service revenue.
