Over 15 years experience in the contact centre environment in varied roles, coupled with a degree in Fine Art. I have convinced myself over the years, that strategy planning and creativity go hand in hand. Working closely with so many fantastic charity organisations has fuelled a determination to produce and innovate solutions that improve and enhance existing services. During my working hours you’ll likely find me buried in a spreadsheet, during my non-working hours buried in a book… because I’m just that exciting!
