Technology Lead for User Technologies - Responsible for End User compute MOE / SOE. • Key technical resource creating and delivering on IAG’s EUC transformation project. This project has enabled IAG to rapidly move to Activity Based working (ABW) and empowering a truely mobile workforce. As an added bonus IAG is not bound to old skylake hardware and Windows 7, IAG is able to utilise the enhanced security of Windows 10 from both hardware and software layers. IAG has implemented a docking station solution that is USB-C compliant, this solution is designed around a single cable to deliver, Displays, peripherals, Network connectivity and power. Implementing USB-C docking has enabled IAG's MacBook users the same luxury that ABW brings, we have removed the need for "Neighbourhoods" and thus aligned employee experience.• The creation and execution of the Windows 10 solution and Hardware refresh program. Delivering Hardware and OS to 5000+ members in just 12 months. The Project team consisted of just 7 resources. Project Highlights:• Smooth transition, Zero P1, P2 Incidents to business function(s)• 4,126 workstations replaced with Windows 10 HP laptops.• >1000 employees enabled for full time Work From Home.• Partnered with offsite Vendor to Image and dispatch new and recycled IAG hardware, including SCCM infrastructure.• Single x64 SCCM WINPE boot image for Workstaion and Server OS.• SCCM OSD front end with password authentication.• SOE Base image creation windows 10 from 1607 to 1803.• SOE Deployment task sequence creation and management.• Targeted deployments using PS App Deploy Toolkit.• LTI/ZTI OS deployment using SCCM.• Upgrade from JRE 1.6.xxx to 1.8.xxx.• Modernised Driver delivery with SCCM and Powershell.• SCCM Task sequence for Evergreen Windows 10 - In-place Upgrade including security suites, Drivers, Bios, Bios Config and core applications.• Implementation of Microsoft Local Admin Password Solution (LAPS).
