My job here involves working with people with learning difficulties, the elderly and people with physical disabilities. I help these people with all aspects of their personal life from personal to social help. This enables them to live independently within the community. Doing this job means I have to be able to relate to people of all ages and gauge feelings well, be an excellent communicator and listener, be sensitive to all cultures and religions, and also to be caring and patient.

My job role varies greatly from controlling the day-to-day running of the 200 cover restaurant and two bars to controlling the contracts and accounts which I have created since staring here. My main Job role is the overseeing of the whole business and ensuring that it runs smoothly, efficiently and constantly works towards the targets and overall aims of the business.
