As a Patient Support Manager at Easykind, I was responsible for supporting over 1,500 patients in their alternative treatment journey. As a Client Services Manager, I was responsible for maintaining and nurturing relationships with our clients and stakeholders - in order to ensure that they had the best experience with Elevate from end-to-end. My primary task in this role was leading the re-sign campaign, which involved reaching out to our 1,200+ clients and assisting them with re-booking their programs for the following academic year, whilst facilitating meetings with clients who wanted to alter their programs - to ensure that the most suitable program was in place moving forward.

As a Business Development Manager, I have been responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities that will enable us to expand our reach and impact. This involves forming relationships with prospective clients, in order to help establish partnerships to support students across the country; alongside developing and running marketing campaigns to expand brand presence.In this role, I have spearheaded a new product line and been involved with expanding the product to a new state (and new market) entirely. As a presenter, I was responsible for delivering study skills seminars to students in Years 7 through to Year 12; with audience sizes of 25 to 350 students, parents and teachers. During my tenure, I was also a Team Leader which involved coaching and overseeing the personal and professional development of 8 to 10 presenters on an ongoing basis. In the Team Leader role, I was also responsible for working closely with the other TLs in Victoria to organise and conduct interviews for the company, to facilitate ongoing trainings for the presenting staff and to coordinate company functions on a regular basis.
