We have been providing bespoke marine exhaust systems for over 40 years to all major boat builders in the UK and further afield. Whilst many components can be similar most vessels have their own unique requirements. The end result is reducing the noise, vibration and in recent cases reduction of emissions. Boats have regulations to comply with such as RCD which includes a noise limit test. Without an appropriate exhaust system the vessel will emit too much noise to comply with classification or class approvals. Systems are designed and manufactured using our experienced inhouse team. From the initial concept to final design through to our long-standing welding and GRP fabricators every aspect of the system receives the same level of attention to detail and quality control. Our bespoke marine exhaust systems can be supplied from the turbo to the transom and include all metal work, hose, clamps, GRP silencers and bends even DPF or SCR solutions. We can create wet or dry systems with outlets above or below the water lineWe have partnered with Emigreen as their European distributor to supply DPF & SCR packages for all types of propulsion and auxiliary engines for commercial and yachting. Ensuring vessels can be retrofitted or supplied in build to future proof the vessels ability to operate in emission controlled areas. Environmental protection can also be handled by using Wave International filter systems. From a simple drinking water filter, grey water systems to full IMO approved monitored bilge water system filtering to 5ppm. Manage enquiries from identification stage through to quotes, orders and delivery.

Assume overall commercial responsibility of Burgess Marines business development in the UK and overseas. Hold regular significant face to face meetings with customers from project manager through to director level. Growth of sales with existing and new relationships against sales targets for sector.
