Big Star Chicken has recently expanded and now covers Austin and San Antonio TX along with Cincinnati, Dayton and Columbus OH. I worked as a Business Consultant, Corporate Auditor and Area Supervisor for Arby's Restaurant Group and supported both company and franchise owned locations in Michigan, Wisconsin, Illinois and Indiana.

Managed a portfolio consisting of 14 Dunkin Donuts, 8 Baskin Robbins and 5 TOGO's deli franchise locations and directed a team of 350-500 including 3 district managers and 16 general managers.
