As a part of a large motor franchise dealership, my key responsibilities included face to face interactions with clients, managing bookings, workshop throughput and liaising with workshop technicians. I was also trained as a motor vehicle technician with McVerry Crawford Motor Group and was given the opportunity to advance my career as a front of house service advisor.As part of training for this role, I was put through numerous courses at both Hyundai New Zealand as well as Mitsubishi New Zealand, in both their sales and service advisor/management programs.I enjoyed seven years with this company and left in 2013 to start my new career challenge as a Loss Adjuster, with Cunningham Lindsey.
