I manage all Business & Fiscal Operations for the School of Performing Arts, which encompasses the Theatre, Cinema, Dance & Music programs. This includes budget analysis and tracking, continuous monitoring and reconciliation of all fiscal activities to ensure compliance with established University policies and procedures, preparing monthly reconciliations and budget updates for School Director, as well as coordinating all procurement, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and faculty travel activities for the school.

At Threshold Group, I was responsible for processing accounts payable and accounts receivable as well as running the payroll for business and client entities. I also calculated client fee invoices based on assets under management. I managed 1099 reporting for business and client entities and assisted with the implementation of the client billing system. I also managed company and private family foundation credit card programs.

I prepared and posted journal entries and expense transfers to Banner. I also was in charge of reconciling various general ledger accounts. I prepared financial statements, workpapers, confirmation letters and footnotes during annual audits. I also worked to maintain spreadsheets tracking fixed asset purchases, rental income and expense and endowment investment activity.
