Worked on the Verizon Voicewing project, establishing the customer service and technical support call center for Verizon's VOIP offering when it first came out. Provided general customer support from account management to billing, as well as the full range of troubleshooting and other technical matters. Established the precedence of using DSLReports.com.

Prescott, AZ

Assembled audio/video distribution and amplification equipment. Soldered components to PCB boards, mounted circuit boards in enclosures. Learned entire product line in just a couple months, and picked up additional job "potting" small circuit boards into plastic cases with an epoxy solution which made them shock and impact resistant.
