Large Aircraft Infrared Counter Measures (LAIRCM) C-130 integration support contractor. Provided program manager cost, schedule, performance and risk support to the LAIRCM program office. Provided contracted integration manager support for the acquisition, system test, installation and flight test, evaluation, acceptance, and integration of the LAIRCM system on the C-130 aircraft for the AMC, AFRC, ANG, AFSOC. Supported joint, FMS and other federal LAIRCM program efforts. Initiated and championed revision to C-130 LAIRCM integration and acquisition strategy saving USAF 18 months program schedule and seven million dollars

Concept originator, program manager and project lead for congressionally directed Database Integration Toolset (DIT) effort. Integration of commercially imagery, response logistics, geographic information services and simulation technologies for training county Emergency Management Agencies (EMA) first responders. Executed streamlined pre-acquisition strategy with AFRL/HEA. Created 3D simulation database of Dayton Ohio metropolitan area within 24hrs using available imagery and commercial gaming technology at a fraction of the cost of traditional large urban environment database creation.

Air Combat Command liaison to Simulator Systems Management Group in the development of Distributed Mission Operations (DMO). Supported program integration and simulator system requirements development for the Distributed Mission Operation Center, Distributed Training Operations Center, B-2, F-22, JSF, JSTARS, JTC-TRS, RJ-135 and Combat Search and Rescue HH-60 and HC-130 missions into DMO. Core member of government/industry DMO standards development and integration groups.
