Having worked for two UK SME's and one large global organisation in the 12 years of being in the composites industry, i have developed a wide range of skills which enable me to help and make decisions, and find solutions in diverse situations, both at customer and internal company level.I pride myself in my knowledge of Carbon Fibre, Carbon Fibre SMC, Carbon Fibre Reinforcements and my ability to seek solutions for customer projects.Key achievements include;- Successfully developed new reinforcement solutions for European automotive composite tier 1's.- Secured a €30m 4 year supply contract to a large Tier 1.- Successfully worked on a joint bid for UK government funding with a large UK Automotive Tier 1, implementing the project into a company which has never worked in this area before.
