About Dan O'Connor

20+ years of restaurant experience including management, chef, service, purchasing, inventory control and beverages sales with emphasis on wine sales. Instrumental in opening a chain of five steakhouses in the Southeast. Covering all aspects from decorum, kitchen set up, menu design, food production, and wine selection. After gaining invaluable knowledge from one of Chicago's most successful restaurant groups and one of New Jersey's premier restaurant groups, I have taken that knowledge and joined Joe Uvino at VINO Tech Selections LLC a division of Faropian Spirits LTD.
