Held responsibility of Operations for multiple states and regions. Supervised performance of distributors, interceded as necessary to resolve problems, and delivered training on improving efficiencies and customer service. Maintained personal rapport and win-win relationships with distributors, reps and clients.

Oversaw all aspects of front of house operations. Day-to-day management including staffing, training, purchasing, cost control, facilities, maintenance, advertising, customer relations, marketing and menu development. Involved in all aspect of budgeting and cost control. Selected Accomplishments:Raised the staffing bar to one of the best in AZ. Managed everyday operations of a 4 million dollar a year restaurant as well as educated staff on wine and service. FOH Service staff of 30+ per restaurant. Fox Restaurant Concepts a privately held restaurant group with 21 restaurants, 9 different concepts, and 1300 employees. Restaurants located in Denver, Austin, Phoenix, Tucson and Kansas City.
