Dan is a financial services veteran with a 40 year legacy in a variety of first line and second line roles. His expansive journey includes successes as an M+A investment banker, a corporate trustee representing bondholders in defaulted bond recoveries, and a corporate trust product developer and market innovator that led to MD/SVP roles in global sales and sales management. For the last eleven years of his career Dan enjoyed a successful track record in risk management. He leveraged his first line experience to develop and implement practical solutions to emerging issues: First in financial crimes risk management and lastly as an innovator in product and service delivery risk management. As a young retiree, Dan continues to innovate outside the financial realm. He designed, makes and sells a niche aftermarket cup holder under his Goes2xi.com brand (Goes To Eleven) for classic Porsche, Ferrari, Mercedes and BMW marques. He's a 12+ year volunteer "fixer" for Hennepin County's consumer Fix-It Clinics, has played percussion for The Soul Trustees cover band since 2015, leads a book club, volunteers as a tax preparer for low-income earners, has been his neighborhood Block Captain for 20+ years, and is a helpful friend and neighbor.
