* Contributing member of a small residential construction crew responsible for site preparation, excavation, footings, foundation, framing, drywall, paint, and finish carpentry.* Communicate with supervisor and other team members to identify and complete project objectives on schedule.* Participate in an extensive range of construction projects, involving materials transport, demolition, job-site maintenance and clean up, and general support of all construction phases.* Gain valuable experience in building industry operations and processes as a construction worker for a full-service residential contractor.* Regularly work extended hours to meet project deadlines.* Assist in mentoring new-hires, providing guidance on proper techniques and safety.
