Programme Manager: I lead a team of 32 people consisting of senior project managers, scrum masters, architects, senior developers and offshore development, my span of control is £6m per annum with a responsibility to migrate Customer Data Delivery mechanism from mainframe to midrange based services and migrate the delivery process from waterfall to agile. As the programme manager responsible for the software re-engineering of the Customer Platform, I report to numerous stakeholders. I’m required to provide: a) business change impacts to business stakeholders; b) budgetary, delivery and scope control insight to the Head of Digital IT; c) resource utilisation and KPI adherence to Operational Management; d) engineering compliance to Architectural Governance; e) change management to Operational teams f) supplier contracts, scope and financial change management, invoice achievement agreements and offshore performance KPIs to Procurement stakeholders.
