I have extensive experience of helping clients in a variety of sectors (including financial services, health, technology, industrial and consumer goods and services and energy) to resolve commercial disputes by litigation, arbitration and alternative dispute resolution. I have been involved in a broad range of complex high-value disputes both in the UK and internationally, am experienced in mediation and have also been involved in obtaining urgent injunctive relief for clients on a number of occasions.I specialise in particular in financial services and banking disputes including regulatory investigations and enforcement proceedings. I have practical experience of both sides of the regulatory enforcement process having advised a range of banks, insurers, distributors and other financial institutions as well as the FSA.
