Responsible for the installation of Inkjet Printers and Digital Media Recorders in the USA, Canada, Mexico and the Caribbean. Managed a 5-man field installation team that installed the equipment and provided customer training including the customer sign-off upon completion of the installation.• Created the North American Installation Team.• Coordinated all aspects of machine installations and worked in conjunction with Sales, Machine Logistics, Transportation and the end customer for improved delivery performance. • Reduced Mean Time to Install (MTTI) from 5 days to 3 days

Managed seven Customer Service Engineers in the Southeastern Region of the USA, Mexico and the Caribbean to Service/Install Inkjet and Digital Recording machines. Conducted semiannual performance evaluations. Scheduled CSE’s for trade show support.
