I began my career at the University of Iowa in the Tippie College of Business, focusing on a Management major while fulfilling the Pre-Medicine requirements. When I decided medical school was goal, I stayed as a Management major because I wanted to improve all the qualities of working with people that are so important in patient care. I value being a continuous learner, and whether it is in business or the sciences, I love having the opportunity to become more knowledgable.I plan on taking a gap year after graduation to gain work and research experience in another part of the country.
