• Full responsibly for managing Mitzvah Day’s annual budget of £225,000
• Managing relationship with all major donors raising over £100,000 per year
• Identifying, researching and writing trust and public grant applications raising over £100,000 per year Strategic
• Working with the Chair, and the board of Trustees to maintain and develop Mitzvah Day’s short and long term organisational strategy and implementation
• Liaising with external organisations and stakeholders and developing key relationships ensuring Mitzvah Day is delivered each year too a consistent and high standard Management

• Key Responsibilities
• Responsible for the overall management of the fundraising team of five professionals
• Member of the MDA UK senior management team
• Manage the Young Patrons’ campaign, including the development of Young Patronage, the Young Leadership board and the Young Leadership Mission
• Coordinate and support local and national committees, campaigns & initiatives
• Assist the Chief Executive with the preparation, organisation and delivery of fundraising appeals, events and marketing activities in accordance with agreed objectivesAchievements

• Prepare, organise and deliver fundraising appeals, events and marketing activities, with agreed objectives, as defined by Annual Fundraising and Marketing strategy
• Manage Young MDA UK committee of to plan and deliver fundraising events
• Nurture and grow ‘Young Patrons’ campaign in conjunction with charity’s Chair
• Develop current sports offering to enhance MDA brand e.g. Marathon, Community Fun Run
• Manage ‘First Aid’ project within schools, youth groups and campusesAchievements

• Key Responsibilities
• Recruit, maintain and coordinate Young Langdon and Young Professional committees to connect with wider community aged 18 – 35, through series of targeted fundraising activities
• Coordinate ‘Service Users Parents’ Committees in Manchester and London
• Create, plan and implement a national fundraising awareness campaign, ‘Love Langdon’
• Manage and grow ‘Major Challenges’ programme e.g. ‘The Walk’, London Marathon, bike ride
• Establish, develop and create strategy for social media, including Facebook and TwitterAchievements

• Key Responsibilities
• Raise profile to young adults through targeted marketing and innovative initiatives
• Work closely with ‘University Ambassadors’ to raise brand profile on campus
• Relationship management strategy with student organisations, societies and third party suppliers, developing strong contacts through sponsored events and one to one activities
• Evaluate and plan events, presenting reports to team on weekly basis
• Deliver event strategy presentations to key stakeholders, investors and fundraisers, providing management information and updates of competitorsAchievements

• Key Responsibilities
• Market and promote gala events, reaching over 600 young adults nationwide
• Organise and manage weekly social events e.g. ‘lunch and learn’ educational and skills sessions in London, and across UK University campuses
• Design of marketing material to promote educational events and tripsAchievements
• Recruited 100 participants to attend educational trips in Israel
• Supervised educational trips to Israel, South Africa, New York and Poland for 150 per trip
