About Dan Rickman

I am a motivated, enthusiastic, and personable individual who has the determination and initiative to succeed in the third sector with over fifteen years of experience. I have regularly demonstrated effective team working, networking and leadership skills to achieve my targets and objectives. My ultimate passion is leading people; building and developing relationships, understanding what motivates the teams I lead, or the consumers I aim to engage with, resulting in the delivery of a great number of creative engagement and fundraising experiences. This can be reflected through my career; from coordinating engagement events for thousands of Jewish young adults, creating fundraising events that appeal to young professionals through to major donors, as well as the ORT JUMP mentor programme, which has recently increased from 150 to 400 participants per year, helping students with a wide range of educational and learning challenges. I am proud to have developed a reputation for devising and leading innovative and creative fundraising and engagement strategies.
