Currently a Technical Project Manager for Mercer, Darwin. Responsible for implementing Darwin™ to our clients, as well as managing any changes to the clients’ requirements whilst using the platform and its services. Playing a critical role in helping our clients realise value from their investment in our technology. I have over 20 years’ experience in customer service, which has taught me how to put the customer first. I’m inquisitive by nature as I like to know why we are doing what we are doing, this enables me to seek opportunities for process improvements and analyse risks. I have experience leading and working on projects of multiple sizes and complexity, using both waterfall and agile methodologies. I am meticulous and self-motivated with an optimistic, adaptable, and hands-on manner.
