Primary Responsibilities MOD Coordinator (Held: Nov 2017 – Current): - Manage HUD Capital Improvement funds through the procurement of services and Contracts to modernize the Housing Authority managed properties. Keep budget records of all work performed with capital funds and submit all required federal reporting documents. - Perform needs assessments of Housing Authority properties to identify improvement and modernization needs. - Coordinate all aspects of property improvement projects from budgeting and planning to execution and completion. - Perform inspection and reporting of work progress throughout project execution. Ensure contractors are following all HUD regulation in regards to Prevailing wages and Payroll reporting. Primary Responsibilities Maintenance Supervisor (Held: Nov 2017 – Current): - Manage a staff of 5 Maintenance technician in the performance of grounds and facility maintenance. - Perform routine inspections of grounds and facilities to identify needed repairs and PMs. - Work along side the maintenance team in the performance of work such as but not limited to, Carpentry, Plumbing, Electrical, and Grounds maintenance. - Work with The Executive Director in the development and implementation of policy changes and staff directives.- Management of other facility operations such as apartment turnover, staff schedule, work assignments, inventory, tenant relations and asset tracking.
