With my secondment coming to an end, I am currently back in my role as before, awaiting a store manager position within my area.

Was seconded to Store Manager position for a period of 5 months. Seen the store through a transitional period called "S3" which was a company wide initiative. Also managed the store through the festive period, our busiest time of year, delivering fantastic sales through our budgets and LFL

Currently the Services Manager. Have also held the Standards Manager position within store as well. Job involves leading a team of people, achieving targets and delivering against budgets.

Started as a Customer Service Assistant and within a year held a Department Supervisor position, Grocery Supervisor and then the Fresh Supervisor position, holding both for approximately 2 years. Accountabilities included running a shift, leading a team of people, ordering products into store and working deliveries.
