Main responsibilities: Oversee all Marketplace Sales and in charge of Fanola marketplace accounts Day to day management of the multiple Amazon and eBay channels including the development of a product roadmaps, inventory planning/allocations, advertising campaigns (PPC & Lightning deals), market research, and insights Identified potential new products Act as the main point of contact with Amazon and open cases as necessary Review, optimise and improved quality of all listings. Manage residual stocks in the warehouse Monitor sales metrics across each marketplace.  Produce weekly sales reports and presented weekly figures and findings to sales team, Head of department and Directors.  Ensure profitability on new products added using pricing software Develop and maintain positive relationships with different teams and departments to promote smooth running of operations. Maintain correct stock levels on all marketplace channels.
