Along with managing and training the evening staff, I also assisted the Store Manager with ordering supplies for the store as well as relaying to the baking staff the amount of bread needed for the following day's orders. When the manager and assistant were out of location, I would assume the role as MoD and handle any and all issues either with the baking staff, the counter staff, or customers. Managed the safe, and made daily trips to the bank.
