Category Analyst for Stop&Shop and Giant Landover Accounts

Create Space Planning plan-o-grams for Grocery Dept and implement them at store levelAnalyzing all plan-o-grams using internal scan data provided by Stop & Shop and provided recommendations and changesAssist in full category reviews of the categories that I am responsible for. This includes analyzing the data and making recommendations and providing full sets of plan-o-grams for categories (sometimes 200-300 plan-o-grams for one category)Routine plan-o-gram maintenance for New Items, Dimension Changes, Code Changes, etc.Communicate daily with internal Stop & Shop ISE Renew teams at store level. These communications include providing essential information on proper placement of items/codes, plan-o-grams, etc.Assist buyer and category manager with plan-o-gram analysisConduct and implement new store test setsSetup new and remodeled Stop & Shop Supermarkets

Analyze industry trends identifying business opportunities with the Stop & Shop and Giant Landover accountsBuild retailer relationships while inside Stop & Shop to reinforce our partnership.Manage and maintain plan-o-gramsCreated and implemented the VIP plan-o-grams for the Beverage department for Stop & Shop and Giant Landover. There were over 1,500 VIP plans created.Assist buyer and category manager with plan-o-gram analysisConduct and implement new and remodeled storesWork very closely with Internal Sales team as well as Stop & Shop HQ Retail team to achieve specific opportunities, account issues, etc.Investigate business opportunities & recommend share driving strategies and tactics.Deliver formal presentations containing valuable, un-biased recommendations for both internal corporate use and retail customer meetingsPublish and provide scheduled scorecard reporting for both the Northeast and Mid West territories.
