I creatively manage products, projects, timelines, and personalities.Balancing the needs of clients, team members, competing deadlines, and internal requests, my role is a blend of designer, product manager, producer, and strategist. What that gives me is incredible time-management, communication, planning and organizational skills, an intimate knowledge of the creative process, the know-how to work within and alongside creative teams, and the ability to motivate team members to ensure consistent progress.I’m the first stop for requests coming into the design department, analyzing project needs at multiple scales and delegating tasks to the appropriate resources. I’m the last stop before the project leaves design, ensuring we’ve stayed on brand, within scope, and that the project will transition smoothly into the next three departments it will hit. I'm not afraid to make decisions and take responsibility for the outcome, good or bad. I’m a team leader, interdepartmental ambassador, and the guy the CEO asks for first (for better or worse). I anticipate issues and see opportunities. I’m proactive, collaborative, diplomatic, and not easily flustered.
