Joining during the SARS-CoV-2 virus pandemic, I was developing innovative formats for virtual events.• Designing and implementing an event strategy for SAP Young Thinkers in line with SAP University Alliances business objectives, incl. developing new virtual event opportunities• Organizing the virtual SAP Young Thinkers Learning Festival at Snap!Con 2020 by UC Berkeley (100+ attendees from four continents); Supporting SAP Labs Bangalore in the virtual family day at SAPna 2020; Representing SAP in developing and executing the “Digital Insights” event series, a three-day virtual internship as a joint project of SAP, Siemens and Microsoft.• Representing SAP as a speaker and workshop host on several occasions• Building valuable relationships with educational partners• Helped to manage the rapid growth of the team from 8 to 17 members

• Responsible for educational events on STEM topics with 3k+ attendees per year• Conception and implementation of the ‘Digital Education Update’ for the city of Hockenheim, including annually recurring robotics and coding workshops in all three schools and access to an online learning platform.
