I’m a client-focused commercial leader, currently VP Growth for the Broadcaster & Publisher sector at Peach, with a broad skillset developed from two decades of experience in revenue generation, client service delivery, partnerships, strategic planning and key account management for media and TV advertising employers. As an owner of revenue growth at Peach, I direct a high-performing team of account managers and operations specialists that ensure the best possible client service for our advertising management platform, CARIA.Much of my focus is on collaborating with Peach’s leadership team and cross-functional product managers to keep Peach’s strategic focus, technical innovation and client service execution at the forefront of the TV and streaming sector.It’s been a privilege to be at the sharp end of widespread industry change - Peach has led the way in the digital revolution, reinventing the way video ads get from edit to ad platform, broadcasters and social. Our technology unifies digital and linear advertising, achieving major gains in quality, collaboration and distribution speeds. Most recently, our new services have opened up the exciting new world of CTV and BVOD. We’ve secured several major new client contracts, helping our partners to capitalise on the opportunities we can offer through integration of streaming workflows.My skillset includes the ability to earn the trust that is key to forging sustainable long-term client relationships and partnerships - I’m extremely proud of the reputation for effective delivery and responsiveness that my teams at Peach have built across the industry. Many of my career successes so far have come from an adaptable, collaborative approach to politically complex environments that sometimes includes lobbying industry bodies, or handling clients who are also competitors. I’m well-versed in putting myself in someone else’s shoes, understanding their objectives, then finding mutually beneficial solutions that achieve as many of a group’s objectives as possible – this collaborative approach helps me to work effectively with broadcasters to influence ecosystem strategy.
