Managed a prominent restaurant of the Charlie Brown's brand since 2011 in Millburn, NJ. My attention when first joining the CB Team was to develop a team to build sales and re establish a declining restaurant in the community. We scrutinized our hiring and training programs to improve guest service and retention and built a strong core in both front and back on the house.Together we accomplished improving year over year sales for six years, with profits up 400%. We have had a team which expanded for the traditional restaurant focus, outdoor dining options doubled the sales. We created a team to handle events of up to 500 people on premise, and BBQ's for corporations and schools with over 400 attendees.I volunteered as a mentor for the Millburn High School work programs and a Director with the Millburn-Short Hills Chamber of Commerce for the last four years. We contributed employees and fundraising for many school events and Paper Mill Playhouse.

Upon the formation of Charlie Brown's Fresh Grill in 2011, I assumed the Beverage Director position for the company. We attacked the lounge operations to successfully re position the brand as a preferred option in our markets. Our team designed creative annual menu's and seasonal LTO programs. With our attention and focus company liquor costs improved and liquor mix increased 3%, up to 15.8 %, and continues to maintain the improvements. I also monitored the compliance of state laws, and directed liquor controls with follow up on cost issues. Directed our comany marketing and training programs. I also Managed the purchasing programs for the 17 restaurants.
