In charge of all software development and server administration for this small ISP in San Diego. Designed, built, and maintained full CRM system including employee time management, support ticketing system, customer portal sites, database management, network and system monitoring tools, full billing system including monthly recurring charges, usage calculation and charging, invoice generation, payment processing of multiple forms of payments including cash and checks, receipt generation, accounting reports including taxes, fees, and a accounting class breakdown of each invoice. Designed and developed live video streaming software for the Camzone department which would stream live cameras to clients web sites.

Design and develop Self Service Kiosk applications. These Kiosk were used for Bill Paying for city governments and menu ordering for Quick Service Restaurants. The software consisted of a combination of Windows application utilizing C# which embedded a Flash application written in Actionscript 3. Database provisions were provided by a site server running Unix and incorporated PostgreSQL database. Credit Card transaction functions were written in PHP. I also created web sites that provided customers with Kiosk control and reports that were created in real time and given in an Excel format. I am in charge of all development of every aspect of the product.

During the 15 months at Allegiance, we work on integration of the software with Allegiance Telecoms existing software and managed the migration of all clients to their systems.
