Project: Suspended Bridge over Danube in the Brăila areaProject details: - 23,50 km of roads including the suspended bridge and 123 bridge structures;- total length of suspended bridge: 1974.30 m;- main span length of suspended bridge: 1120.00 m;- considering the above, this is the biggest bridge from Romania.Project assignments:- Oversee and manage the design, construction and maintenance of bridges & roads;- Develop and implement bridge design plans, specifications and construction methods;- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards (European and Romanian legislation for bridges);- Work closely with project stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers and clients, to ensure that all requirements are met;- Maintaining the relationship between the contractor and subcontractors in order to run the project efficiently;- Monitor construction progress and adjust schedules as necessary to ensure timely completion of the project;- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure that work is being carried out to the required standard (ensuring the quality and quantities);- Provide technical support and guidance to project team members, including site supervisors and construction workers;- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the construction process and work to resolve them in a timely and effective manner:- Development of written technical documentation in English and Romanian;- Monitoring the behavior of structures over time.
