What this would show in a break down format is the difference between employing a apprentice / trainee themselves or employing a apprentice/trainee from AGA. I found it very important to research the prospective Host Employer’s company before going to speak to them about how we could be of a benefit to their company with our services. I found out early in this role that this was a very important part of the process. Conflict resolution was another facet of the role that I had to ensure that the Host Employer, Apprentice or Trainee and Apprenticeships Group Australia where working together on for the best outcome for everyone involved. From a business point of view within the Field Officer role business development and debt collecting where functions that also needed to be auctioned upon on a regular basis. Business Development was a key part as building up our database of Host Employers was very important.
