I am just finishing working on a temporary contract for Shoot Magazine (shoot.co.uk) running their social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter and YouTube). I was hired to improve the magazines social following by increasing Facebook likes and Twitter followers. In the time working for the company I increased the Shoot Magazine twitter following by 750% and the Facebook page fans by 432%. I worked at a summer camp in upstate New York as part of a three-person media team. We were required to provide the parents with photos and videos, updating the website multiple times per day. Also producing weekly videos for the staff and campers.Main skills used: Organisation, working to time constraints, teamwork, and efficiency.I was asked by the camp to return with a promotion to Media Head Specialist. I was required to run the media department. This included training the team before the camp started and ensuring quality was up to my high standards every day. Also managerial roles such as timetabling the media specialists roles each day to ensure there was equal coverage of each age group, gender and activity area. I also had to ensure that there was a photograph of each of the 500 campers on the website within 24 hours of their arrival. Main skills used: Organisation, working to time constraints, teamwork, motivating others, customer relations, managerial skills: communication, flexibility, decision making and intuition.

Short spell working on a commission basis in nightclubs in Leeds. Moved on from here to do independent photography.

Supporting and supervising young students with a variety of disabilities, during college sessions and in their accommodations. This includes, supporting: money management, medication, personal care, sports, recreation, personal fitness, cooking and dietary needs. Keyworker Responsibilities include: Communicating with the students personal tutor and parents, as well as their session tutors to help the student work towards their goals. Also deal with any personal problems the student has and would then work with the student to overcome these as well as learn from incidents.Main skills used: Leadership, initiative, team work, communication, IT (for online forms diaries and student reports), report writing, planning and organisation, flexibility, enthusiasm, patience and self motivation.
