Dan is the founder and technical director of EMP, an inventive electronic and industrial design company. For 13 years Dan has delivered engineering design projects across events, industry, retail, film and TV, themed attractions and architecture. These have involved LEDs, motion control, special effects and industrial design along a diverse range of bespoke electronics. He manages the small EMP team from their Farnborough base.Dan's knowledge and experience allow him to provide a comprehensive design and project management package, helping clients to analyse requirements before he delivers creative solutions, exploiting the very latest technologies where appropriate.Dan's technical knowledge spans digital and analog design, LEDs, custom circuit board layout, microprocessor programming, automation, motion control and industrial servo controls amongst other areas.
