About EMP Designs

Small boxes, big ideas. Solving electronic and engineering problems. Inventing by playing with technology. Engineering design with projects across film and TV, events, retail, architecture, involving LEDs, lighting, motion control, industrial design and diverse bespoke electronics. A film special effects company grappling with an electronic issue approached Dan Stanton who was studying for a PhD. Problem solved, further problems came Dan's way. The buzz of real projects was too addictive - studies were abandoned and EMP was first ignited in a garden shed. Now with a small team and a well-equipped "lab", we haven't left any problem unsolved.
