With over 10 years of experience in mechanical engineering and engineering management, I am passionate about delivering innovative solutions for complex technical challenges in the portable machining and aerospace industries. I currently work as the Technical Applications and Support Manager at Enerpac Tool Group, a global leader in high-force tools and equipment, where I help lead a dedicated team of engineers provide technical expertise, engineering assistance, and product compliance for our portable machining product line, serving both internal and external customers.In my previous role as the Engineering Manager at Enerpac Tool Group, I was responsible for overseeing the engineering processes, projects, and quality standards for the business, working closely with other senior leaders in operations, manufacturing, marketing, and sales. I ensured that our engineering function supported the business strategy, focused on high growth areas, and developed the core team. I also have extensive experience as a Design Team Leader in the Aerospace sector, where I led a team of 8-10 designers, supported customer technical meetings, checked design documents, and supported resource allocation and project quotations. I have strong skills in mechanical engineering, engineering management, and project engineering, and I am always eager to learn new technologies and methods to enhance my performance and deliver value to my customers and stakeholders.
