As Head of Cell Site Analysis, Digital Media Investigations and Mobile Phone examinations, I am responsible for pulling together investigation strategies across a multitude of disciplines.Managing the forensic teams caseload, and acting as a single point of contact with the case managers I am am also responsible for prioritising the workload in order to meet the business objectives.Being a workaholic, I still get involved in the examination of mobile devices and conducting complex cell site analysis, making sure my clients get their products delivered on time, every time.

Responsible for managing a team of highly skilled analysts, and expert witnesses, situated across the UK, I currently manage their workload, training, and complaiance with ISO accreditation. I am currently also acting as a single point of contact for clients from all over the UK, from both defence and prosecution teams, Law Enforcement, and external companies.

City and Guilds Accredited Radio Frequency Surveyor responsible for analysing call data, surveying, and producing high quality exhibits presented in Crown Court cases. Researching new technologies in relation to RF, WiFi and covert tactics, and presenting training to analytical teams across the region.

My role as a police officer involved attending and dealing with incidents such as theft, burglary, domestic disputes and assault. Throughout my time as a general duties officer I developed my communication style to the highest level due to dealing with such diverse situations and people. I was Police Support Unit trained which resulted me attending mutual aid events all over the country, and was seconded to the G8 in Northern Ireland, dealing with conflict management and the national decision making model.

In my role as a Digital Media Investigator I was responsible for researching up and coming digital investigatory techniques, which include, device examinations using industry standard tools and Open Source research. I have extensive knowledge of social media investigations and platforms, and have prioritised workflow by designing digital strategies that are job specific. When designing the strategy, it is important to take into account legislation such as CPIA, Data Protection and RIPPA. This influences the decisions we make and the tactics we use. My strategy is always under review as to the powers we use, legislation we adhere to and the necessity that such enquires are completed. I always consider necessity and proportionality when investigating at this level and my focus is also on reducing the amount of collateral intrusion during all investigations. I was also responsible for the analysing of WiFi Data and extracting such data from home and business WiFi routers.
