I would say I'm a work in progress and enjoy learning and growing both professionally and personally. I'm constantly seeking to become the best support for school districts and school leaders. I'm a God fearing, hard-working, husband of Emily and father of two.My career goal is to improve the quality of education for ALL. I believe excellent talent and strategy are the best ways to to close this gap. So, I've made it my mission to ensure educators are recognized and rewarded for the tremendous skill they bring to our students.
