Providing training and safety awarenes to forklift and aerial lift operators, as well as all other employees in the workplace. Bringing an understanding and a comfort level to the safety training and material handling process that many may not have been exposed to in the proper way. Teaching others to not only avoid known hazards in the workplace, but to be able to recognize and eliminate new hazards as they appear.Creating new processes and providing support to ensure that all employees fully understand the risks they may encounter and understand how to do their jobs safely.

My mission at Three Sixty Safety is to ensure that the safety of all of the employees in an organization is an obtainable goal.I do this through the installation of the program and monthly meetings to keep company's on track and their employees fully aware of any and all changes taking place in the organization.I will train the selected safety representatives on the Auditing of their workspaces and personal protective equipment of the employees in their area. Also, they will learn the process of Accident/Near miss investigation. Finally, they will be given the tools and knowledge to ensure the employees in their area have been put through a monthly training course.I also have access to many policies, procedures, handouts and other helpful safety tools that can help company's to further the safety knowledge of every employee they have in their organization.Monthly, I meet to discuss these Audits, Employee Training and any Accidents/Near Misses that have taken place over the previous 30 days. This meeting results in a monthly Toolbox Talk that will be delivered to all of the employees. This puts everyone on the same page and gives all employees a proper forum to have their voices and suggestions heard.
