• Business platform software development. Collaborated with key stakeholders to understand software requirements. Worked in SME team to generate pursuit-to-cash tracking solution. Pursued international opportunities managed out of Houston by following our business acquisition process. Used to test the business platform software development.• Successfully developed a business platform software called “HalTraX™” through collaboration with an SME team. • eSchematic design / eCompletions data management input. Part of transition team moving Advanced Material Search to Enterprise™. These are all key building blocks of the department’s single IT platform strategy.

• Worked on a team with a diverse group of stakeholders to plan integration of Baker Hughes’s Completion business into Halliburton.• Determined and established strategy for organisation structure and consolidation, product portfolio rationalisation, savings identification and generation, communication plan/change management, facilities rationalisation, divestiture requirements, and key personnel retention.• Plan well matured, having passed regular Executive reviews, until integration shut down by the US Department of Justice.

• Collaborated with Halliburton and Shell technical specialists to determine root cause of product quality issue then to generate feasible, low-cost/low-risk solution. Facilitated negotiations between Halliburton and Shell Leadership to accept the proposed solution and commercial settlement. Minimised impact on region personnel due to negative impact on KPIs.• Overall responsibility for our departments P&L, Service Quality and Talent Management in the region. Worked with department country managers to deliver on region initiatives.• Satisfactorily settled ‘$1billion’ issue with Shell to all stakeholders’ satisfaction (won inaugural HCT Region Lion Award as a result).• Oversaw massive contraction of Completions business during oil price decline.
