I am an experienced Insight Analyst who specialises in customer service performance data and project modelling and management. My work is much respected and sought after within various parts of my company and I feel I have built a reputation for providing excellent insight and improvement suggestions, especially in the customer service world.I have extensive experience of working with key stakeholders both internally and externally. I often take part in key business planning meetings with my company's Senior Executive Team, using my extensive knowledge of customer service needs to help guide their decision making. I also have experience working with external stakeholders, especially in areas of government and charities that support vulnerable customers.I have strong project modelling and project management skills and am able to make significant contributions to all stages of project planning, from the initial modelling phases using detailed data sets , the the actual management and implement of the new project and finally to the recording of the main KPIs associated with new project.I have several years of management experience, working as a Senior Manager in schools and also more recently as a Chair of School governors. I feel I am now ready to take on a more senior management role in an area of data analytics.
