Leading our team of expert HubSpot CRM strategists, providing industry leading HubSpot onboarding and RevOps services across the full HubSpot platform. Responsible for Service development, department P&L, hiring, team leadership, upsell and retention of revenue, forecasting and cross team collaboration.

Following continues success with the UK and Canada RevOps department, growing the team from 1 to 5 and maintaining very healthy gross margin, NPS and ENPS. This was a recognition and update of job title to align with the wider business structure.

Manage the team and continued to develop our services. Achieved 50%+ gross margin and 80+ NPS & ENPS. Following the merger between Digital 22 and Avidly, I played a key role in helping Avidly to improve the CRM services, by aligning with the offerings I had developed in the UK.

Proposed and established our first department to purely focus on HubSpot strategy, consultation and configuration. Opening a new revenue stream and widening our client base and HubSpot market share. Key items I delivered:- Project deliverables across all 3 main HubSpot ‘Hubs’- Pricing models for different levels of complex projects- Sales material- Project management templates- Configuration Documentation- Project Delivery flows- Team roles and responsibilities.

Managing a portfolio of clients, creating multi-channel inbound marketing campaigns to help them hit their marketing and sales goals. In addition to this, I would drive the onboarding, adoption and subsequent evolution of their HubSpot instances to identify, optimise and automate processes, driving efficiency and contributing further to the client achieving their business goals, often outside of the initial goals they set for us.

The focus of my role was to create, develop and grow new relationships with potential partners across both the public and private sectors. This included generating and converting new leads, to retaining and increasing existing customer spend. Although I was only at Lesar for a short period of time, I learnt an awful lot about both B2B amd B2C business and the differences between the two.
