- Understand the customer expectations & needs to design the right solution;- Create the Requirements that the multidisciplinary engineering teams will use to develop their part of the system;- Use the System Architecture to design the System Models (MBSE);- Actively contribute to reviews of Requirements and Implementations to ensure that we develop the system correctly;- Take ownership of the System Engineering activities for the entire project timeline: from acquisition until our system is delivered to the customer;- Lead technical discussions with the Project Management and engineering teams (HW, SW and Test engineers);- Support the Test Engineers to understand the System Requirements and enable them to create system tests;- Work and contribute to ASPICE compliance in our projects;- Create the necessary technical system documentation;- Perform analysis on the issues that are reported by the customer and our own testing team.

- Create functional and design specifications for application software in cooperation with customers;- Develop application software, operator Human Machine Interface and specific configuration in Ovation environment;- Assist in several project phases - System Configuration, ApplicationProgramming, Internal Testing / Simulation, FAT - Factory Acceptance Tests, System Installation, I/O Checkout and Functional Testing;- Prepare proper documentation of application software;- Assist with application questions and issues from customers.

- Reviews customers complaint to determine details of equipment problems; - Disassembles machines to examine parts, for wear or defects, using hand or power tools and measuring devices;- Conducts diagnosis of problems according to customer complaint; - May communicate with or conducts rework to ensure successful and efficient repair of units; - Repairs laptop or desktop units according to requirements, using hand or power tools and measuring devices; - Cleans, or adjusts mechanical parts to maintain machines' operating efficiency and to prevent breakdowns or repeat return for repair; - Installs and configures new equipment, including operating software or peripheral equipment as required.
