I first worked as School Sports Coordinator before being promoted to Head of Physical Education & Sport in 2012, with a further promotion to Senior Learning Coach in 2014 in addition to my Head of Department role.I have fulfilled the role locally as Co-Chair of the West Berkshire School Sport Organising Committee.Key duties:◾ Leadership & development of a departmental team for 12 years.◾ Communication with numerous stakeholders across, & beyond, the institution - including F2F, B2B, written, public speaking - adapting styles to be appropriate to a wide variety of audiences.◾ Problem solving: resolving conflict, logistical, emotional, production, quality assurance, finance & customer services issues.◾ Managing change for stakeholders - new management systems, new policies & procedures, writing & implementing new curriculums.
