I am currently the Director of Military Programs for Capitol Airspace Group in the Washington, D.C. area. My role is the primary SME for the company for military airspace and operations, as well as procedures for coordination with the Military Aviation and Installation Assurance Siting Clearinghouse. I have developed a new product line for the company. Additionally, I work with requirements primarily for various projects with FAA and DoD airspace concerns utilizing GIS data analysis, acquisition, and the customer's project strategy, then translating the strategy into a functional design, and implementing solutions for projects. Prior to this, I worked on the Foreign Service Staff for the U.S. Department of State. I was an advisor to senior managers on programs to better coordinate with overseas colleagues who also created new processes and procedures for joint programs with other U.S. Government partners. Before joining the State Department, I worked at Booz Allen Hamilton as a Lead Geographic Information Systems (GIS) Associate where I led a group in a collaborative, high-paced environment and was a trusted advisor to Executive leadership on strategic and real-time tactical decisions. Prior to Booz Allen, I had 6+ years with Esri as a Project Manager and Deputy Program Manager focused primarily on NGA efforts building common operating pictures and supporting National Special Security Events. I am a great team builder, coach, and mentor. Everyone is my customer, both internal and external, and I am committed to helping them succeed.
