Same duties as per previous role but acting as an escalation point for day-to-day IT support, also acting as a Project Lead on a numebr of projects. Additionally acting as a key poiont of contact for customer escalations.

As per previous role but much more focussed on Windows Server faults and Cisco configuration.

Helped customers with IT issues over the phone and via email and on occasions site visits. Day to day duties involved; Answering telephone queries and resolving any issues which include broadband and telephone faults, offering support for Office 365, Windows server, Cisco devices and general IT support.
